Before your first appointment, please fill out all necessary paperwork in advance. If you need assistance or are unable to complete it beforehand, arrive a few minutes early so we can help you.
As a new patient, your first visit will include a review of your medical history and any previous treatments, followed by a conversation about your treatment goals. We’ll then perform a physical examination to determine the best path forward. Many of our services can be tailored to meet your unique needs.
If you choose to move forward after the consultation, we’ll schedule your next appointment for treatment.
